Check-in Info

In order for check-in to go as smoothly as possible, please refer to the following information:

If you have Accommodations with Ancient Lore Village

• Arrive any time after 4:00 pm, Thursday, May 1st, at Ancient Lore Village located at 7107 Sevierville Pike, Knoxville, TN 37920.
• Check-in will occur at the front office.
• You will need to check in with both Green Dragon Fest staff as well as Ancient Lore Village for your accommodations.
• Your gift bag, with dice, t-shirts, and other surprise goodies, will be waiting in your room.

If you have off-site Accommodations

• The courtesy shuttle leaving from the Airport Hilton Hotel located at 2001 Alcoa Hwy, Alcoa, TN 37701 departs promptly at 4:30 pm. The shuttle will be awaiting passengers at the Conference Center Entrance (near the indoor pool).
• If you are not riding the shuttle, you will need to secure your own transportation to Ancient Lore Village, located at 7107 Sevierville Pike, Knoxville, TN 37920.
• Please be checked in by 6:00pm. This is when Cocktail hour and Session 0 Dinner begins.
• You will receive your gift bag with dice, t-shirts, and other goodies, upon check-in.

What to expect for Introduction and Session 0 Dinner

• While Baron de Ropp, your Master of Ceremonies, will be wearing a green blazer for the festivities, please do not feel obligated to wear anything other than your most comfortable clothes. Costumes are welcome, but not required!
• Open Bar and Evening Social begins at 6:00pm in the Village Gardens.
• Dinner will be served around 7:00 pm.
• During this time, our Host Game Masters will be introduced, we will go over our rules and guidelines for the event, and we will have our charity auction in support of Develop Africa.
• You will recieve your gaming schedule upon check-in.
