Refund Policy

If the event is canceled for any reason other than an Act of God (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather conditions), you will be refunded in full.

If you specifically request a refund prior to 60 days before the event, you will be refunded in full.

Otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Errors in the description or prices for Products
• Errors in Your Order

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of the refund approval.
